Note: During our 20 night stay on Hilton Head Island, SC, we parked our RV in the storage facility at Tuck In The Wood Campground & RV Park. This RV charges $45.00 per month for RV storage (30 day minimum), which was still a good price for our 20 night use.

Note: During our stay at this timeshare, our RV was parked at the International RV Park Campground. The cost for RV storage was $3.00 per day. Our total cost for RV parking/storage was $84.00 plus taxes.

Note 1: During our stay at this timeshare, our RV was parked at this location. This resort has a huge amount of free parking which easily accommodated our 45 foot Class A RV.

Note 2: On Weds., 02/08/17, we went to SeaWorld Orlando. A 2 day pass for 2 adults including 2 days of parking costs us a grand total of $174.00. This was the advance purchase discount rate.

Note 1: During our stay at this timeshare, our RV was parked at a nearby location. This resort does not have any RV parking availability.

Note 1: During our stay at this timeshare, our RV was parked at this location. This resort has free parking which can easily accommodated up to 3 large RVs, which included our 45 foot Class A RV.

Note 2: On 03/04/17, we filled up the RV diesel fuel tank that was nearly empty. We purchased 132.037 gallons of diesel fuel at $2.692 per gallon for a total cost of $353.73.

Note 3: On 03/04/17, we filled up the RV liquid propane (LP) tank. We purchased 15.6 gallons of LP at $.3.04 per gallons for a total cost of $50.74.

Note 1: On 03/12/2017, we did a second upgrade to our Thousand Trails (TT) membership since we purchased a used TT Platinum Plus membership back in 2009. Back in Sep. 2014 we upgraded to TT Elite Connections, and have now upgraded to TT Ultimate Odyssey I. The total cost to upgrade from TT Elite Connections to TT Ultimate Odyssey I was $6,350.65. Depending on how much we use TT in the very near future, this cost will be totally recouped within 1 to 3 years, and then lifetime free camping (no cost other than yearly maintenance dues) in 108 RV parks with 1 month visit per stay is ours to keep enjoying. The Thousand Trails/Encore Campground Membership upgrades are ALWAYS a good investment for anyone that is a full-time RVer, without exception.

04/08/17 - 04/15/17

Note: During our stay at this timeshare, our RV was parked at this location. This resort has a huge amount of free parking which easily accommodated our 45 foot Class A Motorhome.

Note 1: In route to this location we filled up the RV with diesel fuel. We purchased 81.939 gallons of diesel at $2.659 per gallon for a total cost of $213.78.

Note 2: In route to this location we stopped at SpeedCo #306 in Kenly, NC and got our annual RV Lube, Oil, & Filter change. Total cost for parts, labor, & taxes was $283.85.

Note 1: We parked our RV in storage at Williamsburg RV & Camping Resort (Thousand Trails/Outdoor World). Since we have a Thousand Trails Elite Connections membership, the 7 nights of RV storage cost $20.00 total for the week.

Note 1: We parked our RV for free in a large, level asphalt parking lot located on the resort grounds. 

Note 1: In route to this location we filled up the RV with diesel fuel. We purchased 129.39 gallons of diesel at $2.799 per gallon for a total cost of $362.16.

Note 1: We parked our RV in storage at Gateway to Cape Cod RV Campground. Since we have a Thousand Trails/Encore Ultimate Odyssey membership, the RV storage cost $15.00 total for this one week.

Note 2: On Sat., 06/03/17 we went on the Hy-Line Cruises - Cape Code Canal Cruise. This 3 hour boat, sight seeing tour started in Onset, MA and transitioned the entire canal both directions and cost $17 per adult.

Note 1: We parked our RV in storage at this RV park storage lot for a total of 6 weeks at a total cost of $90.00. During this time of storage, we stayed at The Cove at Yarmouth (timeshare) for one week ($15.00), the 28' Deluxe cabin at this RV park for one week ($15.00), and The Village of Loon Mountain (timeshare) for four weeks ($60.00.

Note 1: We parked our RV in storage at Gateway to Cape Cod RV Campground for the full duration to get the long term storage discounted rate. Since we have a Thousand Trails/Encore Ultimate Odyssey membership, the RV storage cost $60.00 for these 4 weeks. This also saved us in diesel fuel costs for the trip up to and back from northern  New Hampshire in the RV.

Note 2: On 06/23/17 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, we attended the Cafe Lafayette Craft Beer Train Dinner. It was a 3 hour dinner which included a 2 hour train ride along the Pemigewassett River. We were able to indulge in a 5 course meal consisting of a selection of locally sourced dishes, each paired with a craft beer. Ticket includes train ride and all food and beer pairings. This event was offered as part of the 2017 New England Brewfest (The Ultimate Craft Beer Weekend June 23-25, 2017) that was held at The Village of Loon resort during our timeshare stay here. The total cost for two adults was $156.72 (including taxes).

Note 1: In route to this location we filled up the RV with diesel fuel. We purchased 111.98 gallons of diesel at $2.679 per gallon for a total cost of $300.00.

Note 1: On Thurs., 11/16/17, Debbie and I had a military Thanksgiving Dinner buffet at the All Ranks Club on the base. The main course was roast turkey & pork loin.

Note 1: On Sat., 11/25/17, we had a Thanksgiving Potluck at the campground pavilion. The campground provided 3 different types of turkey (baked, deep fried, & BBQ). Debbie baked a batch of her "Eldorado" as our contribution.

Note 2: On 12/24/17, we filled up the RV liquid propane (LP) tank at the Rondout Valley RV Campground before leaving. We purchased 15.0 gallons of LP at $3.20 per gallon for a total cost of $56.70 tax included.
